We place importance on the original texture of the leather, and do not take into consideration any scratches or wrinkles that may have occurred during the animal's lifetime, or color transfer that may occur with use, so we do not accept any complaints regarding these. Instead, the heat and moisture that comes with use causes the oils contained within the leather to age beautifully.
